How do I create my first claim?

After signing up, tap "New Claim" on your dashboard. Choose your loss type, enter the property address, and start documenting. Our guided playbook will walk you through what to capture for your specific damage type.

Can I use SimpleClaims on my computer?

Yes! SimpleClaims works on web, iOS, and Android. The web version supports photo uploads, expense tracking, inventory management, and report generation. Camera-based features like GPS stamping work best on mobile.

How do GPS-stamped photos work?

When you take photos through the SimpleClaims camera, we automatically embed your GPS coordinates and timestamp. This creates verifiable, location-proven evidence that insurance adjusters trust.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure and is never shared without your explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Team Management from your dashboard. You get 3 free team licenses with every mitigation account. Enter your team member's name, email, and role, and they'll receive an invitation to join your workspace.
